Shipping destinations

We ship throughout all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Processing time

In-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays.

Items ordered after available stock runs out are made to order and ship within 5–7 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing time is separate from transit time. Delivery estimates vary by destination.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is $8, with free standard shipping on orders with a merchandise subtotal of $70 or more after discounts, excluding tax.

Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when your order ships. Carrier delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Delays

If we cannot ship within our stated processing time, we will contact you with an updated shipping estimate and offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a refund.

Address changes and cancellations

Damaged, incorrect, or missing orders

Warm-weather care

Beard butter and balm may soften during warm-weather shipping. Keep containers upright and allow them to return to room temperature before opening. Contact us if there is leakage or another problem.
